I have been a certified public accountant working in finance and accounting for about 20 years before real estate.  I started with a public accounting firm; then a renowned private investment banking in charge of their $540M committed real estate investment fund in DC.  Then I joined Washington Mutual as an internal auditor and after that, Microsoft as a finance manager. I also got my Master Negotiation Expert Certification, Residential Construction Certification, Real Estate Analyst Certification and Probate Real Estate Specialist Certification through intensive training.  I take data driven approach to help my clients make informed decisions.
